Pretrial Intervention (PTI)

Pretrial Intervention is statutorily mandated pursuant to S.C. Code Section 17-22-30 and is available in all 16 judicial circuits. PTI is for persons ages 18 and up and handles both General Sessions and Misdemeanor/Magistrate (or Summary) cases.
